| Things I have learned since June 2nd 1) You actually have to tell boys fancy stationary is not scrap paper 2) I don't really like kids as much as I thought 3) I am an awkward dancer 4) I am poor and homesick 5) Sometimes Josh makes really loud noises while sleeping that wake me up, but not him. Thats about it. Perhaps I should have learned more. |

| This afternoon I was walking by a yard with some boys playing football. I thought it was cute. And as a passed they cat called me! It was so weird. They yelled "hey baby, nice butt." And things like that. I am sure they were just doing it cause it was a group thing...but do 12 year olds even like girls like that? Thats my story. |

| This is the point of no return. Actually I have just passed the point of no return. All the wedding invitations have gone out. Now calling off the wedding would mean calling 200 people. The thing is it, it didn't make me nervous, it made me smile. It made me feel good to know that this thing is actually going to finally happen (in two months) and the past year and a half of waiting to be married will be over. I know I made the right decision to wait. It was just a hard decision. I needed more time to grow up, to have fun, to get to know Josh in the way you can only if you have dated for two+ years. I finally feel ready. It might just be that Josh living in St. Louis now makes me miss him, so I am being sappy. Who cares, I am allowed, I am getting married to a wicked awesome guy. | In preparation for my upcoming wedding I am buying my very first car. Josh has a car, and a job. I have neither, so I am getting a car to hopefully get a job. I was looking on Craig’s list for cars and this guy is selling his car in price range so I click on it. He lists the goods things and then he has a heading called defects. One is that it is missing one hub cap and two is that’s it’s a manual transmission. That made me laugh. I love manuals, but he put it down as a defect. |
